Premier PM's been handling the chaos since day one — and we've gotten pretty good at it. We work with property owners across București and beyond who are tired of juggling everything themselves. Our job? Make it so you don't have to. We handle tenant relations, maintenance coordination, rent collection, inspections — the whole operation. And we actually pick up the phone when you call.

Our Story

Premier PM started 8 years ago when our founder got frustrated watching property owners struggle with incompetent management companies. The idea was simple: do it better. Handle things thoroughly. Communicate honestly. We started with 3 properties in București and grew from there — mostly through word-of-mouth referrals, which tells you something. Today we manage 47 residential complexes across the region. We've stayed relatively small on purpose. That's how we keep quality high and relationships real.
